I accidentally ran the Vespa battery down to nothing and had to push it home. Not smart.
But then, I saw this today, and realized that there are wonderful human beings who think NOTHING of pulling a beauty like this into a nondescript parking lot to leak its pheromones everywhere. So awesome.
I love it. If this is your car, I love you and am proud to have you and your majestic vehicle in my town.
This is the same parking lot where not long ago I posted a photo of a fake-ass bro truck that has never seen dirt double parked with a giant hitch hanging off the back. Not today, motherfucker. This Toyota mocks that thing’s existence.
My wife insisted on taking our son to the airport in SF, because mom. That leaves me to drive the other one to Sequoia Lake tomorrow for music camp in the Sierra. Which means...SUNCHASER IN THE MOUNTAINS!
I am excited.

I just love driving the foothills in California. These roads are made for fun.

No kickstart on the Vespa?
Have fun on your Sunchaser drive!

I normally scowl at older land cruisers because they’ve become overpriced collectible garage queens. Kudos to this person for taking the road less traveled.
